Richard, amazingly, accomodated our last minute impulse hiring of the van with less than 24 hours from the initial request, to driving off on our holiday. We had really good communications from him. On the day of the handover he was efficient and friendly. The van itself was of excellent quality and we couldn't fault it. We would definitely hire it again and highly recommend the well equipped van and customer service experience.
