Risposta da James Thanks for your review Dominic, I am sorry that your experience wasnt quite as positive as everyone elses. As discussed there were some issues with the previous rental and a short time until your booking. All issues have now been fully repaired and your recompense paid as agreed - once I had received the payment for the booking and the deposit return. Id like to point out that you didn't chase 3 times for the payment. The first was a text confirming that you had received an email from Goboony to confirm the deposit would be repayed an thanking us for hiring the van. The second was to update that the deposit had been received. The 3rd asking about the recompense on Sunday evening (whilst I was out at a family event). Payment was made Monday morning. Once again apologies for the issues that you experienced, hence my offer to recompense. All problems have now been fixed.
