Firstly, Lucy and Richie are fantastic hosts, communication is great, they've prepared videos of how everything works, and are available via messaging and phone if you need help. The handover was seamless, and very thorough. I can't praise them enough. The van itself is fantastic, has everything you could need/want. Our little boy loved staying in the pop up roof. It doesn't even need plugging in, as can sustain its power from its leisure battery, meaning you can choose a cheaper grass pitch, if required. I wouldn't hesitate to choose Lucy and Richie to hire a van from Aprile 2024
