The handover was superb and Carl was more than accommodating with pick up and return.
The motorhome was spot on with Carl at the end of the phone if you wanted to ask any questions even if they where silly.

We had an amazing week's holiday, our first time hiring a motorhome, and Carl was incredibly helpful from booking to return. He was always available to assist, providing a thorough rundown of the motorhome's features and answering all our questions before departure. Our journey took us first to the Lake District and then up to Scotland, with stops at four destinations throughout the week. The motorhome was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for an excellent holiday experience. As a family, we were sold on the motorhome lifestyle and will definitely hire from Carl again. Thank you!

We hired a Campervan from Carl and being very new and novice to the whole campervanning thing, were so thankful to have Carl there to help us with everything. From communication at the very beginning of the whole process right through to when we dropped the Van back Carl was amazing. Made for a great trip for my family.
