I’ve always loved Bongos and I had a lovely weekend at Silverstone in Jasmine’s. Easy to deal with, great communication and all the information I could ask for!

We thought Jasmine's bongo was perfect for us, not too shiny, which suited us well! She showed us how everything worked and we had a lovely weekend parked up on the edge of exmoor. The fridge kept the beers and milk etc cold and the reflective shades kept us cool on the sunny mornings. We squeezed into the smaller bed rather than negotiate the roof hatch but it was a great storage place. A compact camping experience with everything you need for a weekend off grid!

All good. Bongo has his age, but it is very easy and enjoyable to drive. We spent 6 days in Cornwall without any issues. It will be nice to have some steps to level up when not parking in flat ground. Jasmine is also very nice and available to any questions.

What a lovely van to hire, very clean inside, few old age dents outside but a joy to drive and sleep in. The owner was great with pick up and drop off and explaining how it all works etc. It is very easy to set up on site as all electric, I would highly recomend hireing the van to all.

This was our first tme ever we rented a campervan and Yescapa was a very good portal for this. Our experience with Jasmine was very direct and pleasant. She explained everything and we had a nice time in the campervan.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish.
Jasmine coudn't have been more helpful and answered our questions promptly. When we collected the van, she explained everything clearly and we completed the formals easily - it was all on Jasmine's phone and we just signed there on the app.
The van itself drives very well and inside has all the comforts. The fridge kept our drinks and food lovely and cold and the two-hob cooker worked brilliantly. The sink is a decent size and has a powered tap from a water container in the back. The roof raised easily (powered) and the bed was just a quick pull to set up. Some other useful inclusions were the levelling wedges and the thermal window covers (in addition to the black-out window covers). We didn't use it but there is a bluetooth gizmo for music streaming too.
Jasmine was just as helpful with our returning of the van and we completed the hand-over in no time.
Would definitely recommend.

Great little van! Fairly compact so easy to drive and manoeuvre, and as it was just me and my 7yr old no worries about space inside. Roof tent is electric so super easy to put up. The interior ceiling flips up too so you can stand in the main part of the van, very handy when cooking. Overall had a great trip and would recommend.

Jasmine was super flexible and a great host for our first van hire! Collection and return was super easy. We spent 10 days exploring Cornwall in the van- overall we loved that it was smaller (for the narrow lanes down there) and automatic. The gas stove was great and the roof tent was super useful for extra space as well :) Thankyou!

Jasmine and her van were amazing. I hired her bongo for a week to do a road trip around Wales and it had everything I could need. I was off grid for a couple of days and the battery kept the fridge running (turned off at night) and when hooked up to electric had everything I needed to be self-sufficient. Jasmine was so friendly and helpful too so I would highly recommend hiring this van.

Points positifs du van :
• Habitabilité
• Confortable
• Moteur increvable (près de 300000km et aucun problème à signaler)
Ce qui mériterait d'être dit et les points à ne pas négliger :
• État d'usure : malgré une annonce présentant un véhicule en bon état le véhicule est en réalité âgé, les parties électroniques et système général du véhicule sont assez fatigué (moteur du toit ouvrant, plastiques intérieurs....). La carrosserie n'est pas dans un excellent état et présente de nombreux points de rouille. Malgré tout nous avons eu le droit à un check out très minutieux au retour, comme si le véhicule était neuf. Au vu de l'état actuel du véhicule, cela peut faire sourire.
• À la perception, la propreté du véhicule était correct mais pas incroyable. Nous avons rendu le véhicule plus propre qu'il ne l'était (elle en semblait d'ailleurs bien satisfaite). Prenez par contre vos dispositions car le ménage est à votre charge (volonté du propriétaire) et impossible de trouver un car wash pour le faire soi même. Il faut payer le service pour un nettoyage intérieur extérieur et le prix est variable (entre 20 et 30 livres), le tout pour un résultat pas exceptionnel (nous avons dû mettre la main à la patte) => prévoyez du cash et une demi journée.
• Draps, duvets et oreillers non inclus. Elle nous a proposé de nous louer des duvets et il fallait les rendre laver si utilisation. Nous les avons finalement pas utilisé et nous avons préféré acheter 2 couettes que nous avons laissé pour les locations futures.
• Propriétaire cordiale mais peu flexible pour la perception et la réintégration du véhicule.
En définitive, ce van mériterait un entretien d'ampleur afin de le pérenniser et le moderniser un peu. Néanmoins le véhicule s'est montré fiable et nous avons passé un excellent Roadtrip. Merci !

The hire went fine but when I returned the vehicle the owner advised there was a scratch on the bumper (on top of existing damage which is why I didn't notice). I can only assume this was done while the van was parked but the owner advised she would log it as an incident but not charge me. A week later I had the full security deposit deducted and have just been advised the cost of repairing the scratch on the bumper is £300.

We rented Jasmine's Bongo to tour Scotland. Driving the van was a treat—its engine is in tip-top shape. The van's interior is cozy for such a compact vehicle, a very convenient feature on narrow and winding roads. Jasmine was an amiable and accommodating renter. We highly recommend both the Bongo and her.
