Renter Rules:

No smoking,

1. We will need a copy of your driver's license and 2 documents with address that matches license (utility bill, bank statement, mobile bill etc) - note, age restriction of 25-70 years, minimum 2 years full UK or EU Driver's License and maximum 6 points in the past 5 years on your license, with no more than 3 points in a single incident.
2. We are flexible if you have specific collection and return times if arranged in advance
3. At an additional cost we can supply linen, towels and bedding, otherwise renter will supply own linen, towels and bedding
4. Full tank of fuel on collection and return (shortfall will be charged @£2 per litre)
5. Smoking and vaping is NOT permitted within the vehicle
6. We request you return the vehicle clean and sanitised prior to drop off so it is ready for the next renter please
7. There will be a minimal cleaning charge of £50 but we reserve the right to charge a higher fee in exceptional circumstances
8. During the rental period, all puncture repair costs will be borne by the renter
9. If you are going to a festival, please check with us first as these events have a higher associated risk attached on hire and therefore may not be accepted
10. Please note that no liability will be accepted for any personal injury through use of the vehicle and its sleeping accommodation and therefore is used at the renter’s own risk
11. Please note that no liability will be accepted for any speeding fines, parking fines, PCN's, etc. these will be forwarded to the hirer accordingly
12. Subject to prior approval, you are allowed up to 1 medium or 2 small dogs only
13. Please remember to bring your driving licences to the handover.
