We want you to have an amazing trip and treat our motorhome as your home-from-home! To make sure everyone enjoys a great experience, please follow these simple rules:

Driving & Usage
• Drivers must be aged 25–75 with at least 2 years of full driving experience.
• No smoking or vaping inside the motorhome.
• Strictly no festivals or off-road use.
• Mileage limit applies – please check listing for details.

Pets
• Well-behaved dogs welcome (max 1) – please keep paws off the seats and beds.
• Bring your own pet bedding and ensure the van is pet hair-free on return.

Cleanliness & Return
• Please return the motorhome clean and tidy, as you received it.
• Empty the toilet cassette and waste water before returning.
• A cleaning fee will apply if returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

Fuel & Gas
• Return the fuel tank full (same as at collection).
• Gas bottles provided – if one runs out, please replace it (receipt required).

Inside the Van
• No outdoor shoes inside – slippers welcome!
• Use protective covers if you’re bringing young children or pets.
• Treat all fixtures and fittings with care – report any damage or issues promptly.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off
• Times are as agreed before the hire – please be punctual.
• Late return may incur extra charges unless agreed in advance.

Extras
• Full inventory provided – let us know if anything is missing.
• Awning and outdoor equipment available – please use responsibly and pack away dry
