The handover was straightforward, Duncan even came to me to explain how the van worked, before I collected it.
The road took me just 65 miles to the Silverstone Officials Campsite. Where it was fantastic to just turn up and not have to pitch a tent in either the wind or the rain, or both.
My requirements were simple, a bed, a fridge and a shower. All achieved.
There was no electrical hook-up, but I was planning for that. This van does 'off-grid' very well. Big battery and solar panel.
Getting out of the campsite for the F1 meeting is tricky in any vehicle, but this van was equally happy in all types of traffic.

Duncan was very helpful and easygoing, with great communication before and during the rental. The van itself was perfect for my needs - with all the mod cons you could need. Due to the great insulation, it was warm at night and comfortable even during the heat of the day. The solar powered rig was fantastic, meaning power was always on hand without a hookup. Was pleasantly surprised with the fuel economy. Thank you!

Had an excellent time away in Duncan’s van. It had everything we needed and Duncan was super easy to deal with; even picked us up from the station which was super kind of him! Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our three day adventure in Duncan’s recently converted Transit. Ran well and very well provided with kit, equipment etc although didn’t use tv, shower, wc, heater, satnav. . . cooking and cleaning were easy enough. Once we’d worked out how to make best use of the L shaped bed it was comfortable enough too.
Duncan was delightful, very communicative and relaxed, providing minimum guidance but with confidence that we’d work things out, which we did. Interior was a reassuring combination of clean but not by any means immaculate!
Deposit returned immediately.
