Please do not wear dirty footwear inside the motorhome, and ensure that all equipment is clean and report any breakages or missing items.

Please do not attempt to clean or wash the exterior of the motorhome, as this requires a specialized process that could potentially cause damage.

Before returning the motorhome, you must fully empty the grey water and freshwater tanks, dispose of all toilet waste, and thoroughly clean the cassette. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.king is strictly prohibited.

When returning the motorhome, please ensure that it has at least the same amount of fuel as it was supplied with. The interior of the motorhome must be clean, and the grey water waste tank must be emptied. The toilet must be cleaned and the cassette emptied. All provided equipment must be returned with the motorhome. Any issues or breakages must be reported immediately. If you were allowed to bring a pet, the motorhome must be cleaned thoroughly to remove any evidence of your pet.

Failure to follow the rules will result in the following charges:

Fuel: cost of fuel plus £35
Parking fines or unpaid tolls - service fee, fine amount plus £50
Toilet cleaning and/or emptying: £75
Grey waste emptying: £25
Interior cleaning of motorhome: £100
Pet cleaning (if applicable): £100 (in addition to the motorhome cleaning fee)
Cleaning of oven/hob/microwave (each): £60
Late return fee: £50 per hour or part thereof
Evidence of smoking: £250-£750 (please do not smoke)
Missing items/breakages: cost of the item.
