The hand over from the beginning to the end was effortless. Sally was very flexible with pick up and more importantly the time we had to return her motorhome. Her flexibility on the return time allowed us to enjoy out last day without the need to clock watch. Molly met all our needs and then some. We toured all around the Highlands ( NC 500 ) doing 1600 miles in total over the course of our trip ( 9 days ) and Molly never missed a beat. She was a pleasure to drive and we will be booking her again next year. We would like to thank Sally once again for allowing us to tick of the NC500 from our bucket list.

We booked this spacious motorhome for a long weekend trip. The beds are comfy, there is plenty of storage room, the van drives really well and all of the utilities listed were in place and worked well.
Sally who owns the van was really helpful and explained everything clearly, and set out all of the instructions in both a video and printed sheet.
Absolutely no complaints and I would definitely hire this motorhome again.

We had a last minute emergency and our own camper had a mechanical issue that couldn't be fixed in time for our weekend at a music festival. I'm a first time user of Goboony and found Sally MH Molly as the closest, and most reasonably priced. Sally was really helpful with ensure I had got set up on Goboony and she went out of her way to get the camper which I belive was parked some way away. Anyway next day I went to finalise the paperwork and to actually collect Molly which was great. As it was last minute Molly was not clean inside and all of the kitchen area cupboards were cpmpletely full of stuff like tea bags and sugar..bits and pieces that I would never touch and they were in a bit of a mess really. I was only expecting a decent nice of cutlery and crockery, which it didn't have. Anyway when I got home to get ready, we removed everything, gave the camper a full clean and loaded up our own stuff. Molly drives well and there were no problems on the road. We got to the festival and changed the fridge to run off the gas.. It ran for an hour and then I could see gas warning light was flashing.. I went to check the bottles and unfortunately both were empty.. I told Sally this on the day as she has advised me that one was full (fairly full, I think she said). Anyway we had a big cooler box that has 5 bags of ice in there actually kept our essentials cool for the weekend, and we had 2 portable stoves because we always cook outside when camping. After 4 days at the festival we had a great time and were ready to go home.. unfortunately Molly didn't start and the battery just clicked and did not have enough charge to turn the engine.. I rang the RAC and I managed to get a driver to drive go 30 miles out of his way so that he could actually get site access a 12pm on the last day of the festival when everyone was leaving. Anyway, the camper started immediately and we were on our way home 5hours later than planned. The following day I re-loaded Sally's stuff and cleaned everything again, except for the shower which we didn't use. When I got to Sally she did say sorry. Anyway, in my opinion, the camper was not rental ready and although Sally gets 5 stars for sorting us out at the last minute, the camper experience itself was disappointing, unfortunately

The handover was absolutely fantastic sally made it a pleasure and molly the motorhome was a dream to drive all the way up to scotland where we went to view a house. It was very cosy and warm in molly and we had everything we needed you could not ask for more. I can not thank sally enough for letting me have molly it was very special thank you paul and debbie.

Nice motorhome with great layout for our family of 4. Wasn’t super clean inside on collection. Unfortunately the brakes weren’t fit for a round trip to Scotland which resulted in wasting time of our holiday getting brake pads replaced and long detour for this purpose. Disappointing for us and our kids and tainted our holiday experience. Sally was lovely and helpful but Goboony customer service were not nice at all.

Sally was a great resource for us as novice campers! Sally had thought of everything and even provided everything we may need camping wise! A question to Sally was met with a quick thorough reply with exactly what we needed to do!
Molly might be a bit on the older side but she drove very well and tackled the hills of the highlands with ease! Plenty room for the three of us (3x adults) and more. Lots of storage!
We will definitely hire Molly from Sally again!

Molly was the perfect motorhome for our active holidays. We had a wonderful time discovering English countryside. Sally was very helpful. She was willing to pick us up from the airport and to rent us the children seeds (kids 2 and 3 years old). We would definitely love to rent it again.

Molly is a great van, a little on the old side but doesn't look it from the inside. Drives well for an older vehicle. Lots of additions to a standard van, hooks, cubby holes, lots of places to store bits while on the road and static. Incredibly well stocked, you would just need your own gear, great to find tea, coffee, sugar, tin foil, shower gel and shampoo etc. Sally is a great host and super helpful with the booking and sorting out a minor issue while we were away. Highly recommended.

We picked up 'Molly' and took her on an adventure up the east Coast of England. She was well equipped with everything you need and dealt with the miles with ease. Sally is friendly, flexible, thorough and knows her camper well. We had the best time with Molly. She drives fantastically, and all was clean and in perfect working order. You'll not be cold inside as the heating works like a charm. Anyway, it was a fantastic holiday.

Molly is a lovely homely camper with a different (to us) but convenient layout. She had everything we needed and was perfect for us. A little noisy to drive and we surprisingly went over the mileage are the only comments in the opposing column, but our memories are of a warm cosy nights on a December trip. Sally was an excellent renter, very focussed on sorting out any issues as quickly as possible, and happy to make the hand overs short and friendly. The instructional YouTube video she has created is useful to watch pretrip and as a reference during the trip. Nice welcoming touch with the Maltesers!

The camper was big enough for 4-5 people to sleep there, It was really comfortable and clean and we enjoyed it a lot. The kitchen was very spacious like the beds. We would definitively rent it again if we go back to england. She was also very nice with us and helpful, she also helped us to find places and to take us to the train station.

As this was our first experience with campervan I must say that we couldn't wish for better host than Sally.
Very helpful and easy going.
She gave us clear and detailed instructions of how to manage the van as well as had everything in written so we could refer to it any time, which was very helpful.
MOLLY the campervan was very nice and comfortable with lots of space and fully equipped . Definitely had everything needed and even more!
