Ho noleggiato Beatrice, il camper di Juley, per un viaggio in auto in Galles con mia figlia e il nostro cane, Lola, e onestamente non avrebbe potuto essere un'esperienza migliore! Fin dal momento della prenotazione, Juley è stata assolutamente fantastica. È stata cordiale, disponibile e ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che tutto fosse perfetto per il nostro viaggio. La sua comunicazione è stata brillante e si è presa il tempo di spiegarci come funzionava tutto, il che ci ha fatto sentire completamente a nostro agio prima di partire. Beatrice stessa era un sogno: impeccabile, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ha affrontato le strade del Galles con facilità! Abbiamo creato dei ricordi davvero speciali: mia figlia ha adorato l'avventura e Lola si è trovata a suo agio esplorando tutti i nuovi posti. È stato il modo perfetto per visitare il Galles e trascorrere del tempo di qualità insieme. Grazie mille, Juley, per aver condiviso Beatrice con noi e per essere stata un'ospite così meravigliosa. Jules was great. Beatrice is kitted out with everything you need. She was so helpful and kind to us a newbies to the camper van life! We stayed in great sites having joined the Caravan and Camping Club. We even stopped and had lunch by a lake. It was so cozy and easy.

Beatrice is an excellent van. The engine seemed great, at the time of writing only c.31k miles on the clock despite being a c.15 year old van. Clearly well maintained, when we hired the van everything appeared to work, and there were 4 brand new tyres fitted. Despite the age of the van, everything felt clean and in good condition. Juley supplied a lot of things as standard that I wasn’t really expecting… bedding, towels, washing up liquid. During our trip, a few minor interior fittings broke (in my view due to the age of the van interior). Juley was very understanding on return and didn’t try to charge us. All fixable, so should be fine by the time anyone who reads this hires the van. The handover was excellent, Juley was very patient with us as 1st time motor home hirers, making sure we were happy with the instructions. The only gripe we had with the van was the accuracy of the gauge for the water tank, we didn’t trust it (apparently this is common with motor homes), it appeared to get stuck at times. We managed 4 consecutive nights ‘off grid’ without an electric hook up and without refilling the water.. although there was only 3 of us in the van, and we travelled armed with many lites of bottled water to supplement the tank on the van. All in all, very happy with our 1st hire. Would go to Juley again, and would take Beatrice out again.

Juley welcome was warm and professional. The hand over process was very straightforward. Beatrice was a wonderful home away from home for 5 days of toring the South coast of England. The camper was equipped with everything we needed, along with some thoughtful extras provided by Juley. The camper drove well and we enjoyed trouble free touring for the duration of our time on the road. Duvets and blankets were clean,warm and snuggly. Beatrice provided us with lots of functional space to relax and enjoy the sights. Highly recommend Juley and Beatrice if you fancy a getaway.
