We arrived to take over Matilda on the designated pick up date. The hand over was very very easy mark made sure we understood the videos he had sent us a couple of weeks prior and if there was anything else we needed to know.
However the videos mark and Sarah sent was very easy to understand and self explanatory
We visited the north east and we had a fantastic time
The motor home (Matilda) is very spacious we hired this with very little experience Andy had driven a motor home before but almost 10 years ago. Matilda however was so easy to drive and you can choose to use the manual gearbox/ or the automatic. And within a very short space of time it was like we had been driving them for ages.
We drove to the pickup point in our own vehicle where we left it parked up for the duration we was away it is very secure there so no problems on that aspect.
We chose that we didn’t require bedding/towels as we took our own. The motorhome comes with pots,pans,cutlery gas kettle it was like from home from home.
Mark and Sarah are a fantastic couple everything you needed to know was explained.
And we have already booked this for another week.
Thank you so much mark and Sarah you made our getaway fantastic.

What a great experience. Mark and Sarah made this adventure stress free and simple through their communication before, during and after the trip. The motorhome is a credit to it's owners, fully equipped, immaculately presented and so simple to drive and operate. Can't recommend it more. Thanks Mark and Sarah for facilitating a brilliant first motorhome experience for us.

Mark and Sarah handed over the motorhome, which was well presented. Mark explained to me all the features of the van and what to do in case of breakdown or problems and he has also made some YouTube clips to guide you through the mh. A bike rack had recently been installed which was great and the motorhome also has wifi. The motorhome was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. We slept very well on it. All in all we had a very good experience and would hire from Mark and Sarah again if it wasn't for the fact that we have now bought our own !!

The Motorhome met all our expectations. Plenty of space. Great to drive. Mark was brilliant in talking through all the requirements which we needed as this was our first time. Great comms with mark when we were on travel to sort out minor points. Highly recommend Matilda and Marks support. I feel we will hire Matilda again but we may buy our own in the future.
