Penso che la mia prima esperienza con un camper sia stata deludente. Sul sito web il camper era disponibile dalle 10, ma il giorno del ritiro ho dovuto negoziare con Gary per ritirarlo alle 12. Questo ha portato via due ore dal nostro brevissimo soggiorno in campeggio, che era già stato pianificato meticolosamente. Quando siamo arrivati, c'è stato un leggero ritardo perché una delle gomme era a terra e Gary ha dovuto riparare alcuni mobili danneggiati all'interno. Anche questo è stato deludente, perché mi aspettavo di trovare il camper pronto per partire e già controllato prima del nostro arrivo. Infine, sebbene il camper fosse bello e moderno, ci è stato consegnato in condizioni molto sporche. Ho dovuto pulire di nuovo il bagno perché sembrava fosse stato lasciato in uno stato tale e a quanto pare non c'era mai stata polvere e briciole all'interno. Polvere e briciole ovunque. Persino le posate e i piatti che abbiamo trovato sporchi. Avrei solo voluto che ci fosse stata un po' di attenzione nella nostra prenotazione, soprattutto perché viaggiavo con mio figlio di 5 anni e questo era il suo regalo per vivere la sua prima vacanza in campeggio.

Once the Motorhomes go out on hire the return times an and the care they receive is totally out of our control.
Unfortunately the previous hirers returned the motorhome late in an unclean condition and both the mirrored wardrobe doors had damage to them.
I explained this to the customer and asked if they could collect the motorhome at 1.00pm but they insisted they wanted to collect at 12.00 o’clock then actually turned up at 11.30 even though I had already explained the situation.
This gave us no time whatsoever to prep the vehicle like we normally would.
The damaged wardrobe doors were removed as a priority to make sure there were no safety issues.
I feel this review is very harsh and doesn’t reflect how we do things as anyone can see all our reviews have been 5 star.
Definitely a lesson learned and won’t be happening again!
