The campervan is exactly as described and is very well equipped. John was great. He was very responsive to queries prior to the collection and provided very clear instructions and advice on the day of the pick up. The whole hiring experience was hassle free and I have no hesitation in recommending John and the campervan. Mike

We really enjoyed out short weekend trip into North Wales in Vera. It was our first time in a campervan but I found Vera easy to drive and it felt like a good balance between driveability and living space, which was ample for the two of us and our collie dog. John was flexible with pick up and drop-off times which worked well for me and the handover was excellent - covering all essential information and when there was a snag, John was immediately available on the phone to help sort it out. Worth a mention is the diesel heater which I thought was impressive...I needn't have worried about getting cold at night. John and Jane have clearly put a lot of thought into kitting out Vera as it was well equipped and we were wanting for nothing. I'd happily hire Vera again and would recommend to friends.

We had a good time hiring vera, had couple of issues which you might expect in an older van, but John was quick to respond and offer assistance. John and Jane were flexiable with pick up and drop off times and vera was very comfy and well equipped.

My girls and I had a great weekend in Vera.! The handover was very easy and John explained everything about the van to this first timer. It was easy to drive and well kitted out..John & his wife I have thought about all of the little details! I had query whilst away and John responded very quickly. Would highly recommend!

John (e Jane) sono quei rari santi per i viaggiatori. Tanto cuore e cura. Ho viaggiato in lungo e in largo per il Galles e il furgone aveva le dimensioni perfette per parcheggiare ovunque senza dare nell'occhio. Quando l'ho ritirato, John si era già assicurato che ci fossero caffè, un sacco a pelo e un coprimaterasso. Abbiamo preso il caffè nei posti più incredibili, tutti con lo sguardo fisso fuori dalle portiere del furgone. Il furgone era davvero efficiente, funzionava alla perfezione e la piccola cucina era usata quotidianamente (si può pescare lungo tutta la costa: compratelo fresco, cucinatelo fresco!). John ha prese per tutti i tipi di elettrodomestici, acqua con pompa per il lavello, sedie, tavoli, frigorifero, fornello a gas. Onestamente non mi è venuto in mente altro da aggiungere al libro di feedback che Jane mi ha lasciato. Tornerò. Non posso che consigliarlo vivamente.
