Richard was brilliant! He was very responsive on the messages, he was helpful all the way through the process. He was generous when it came to agreeing the mileage and even allowed us to collect the evening before the agreed hired date! He just made the whole process effortless. We hadn’t ever hired a motorhome before, but he explained everything thoroughly, and was patient with my endless questions! The van was perfect, easy to drive and just perfect for the 4 of us and a dog!

Fabulous motorhome with everything working as it should. Richard was great, took time to explain everything and is flexible on the pick up and drop off times if at all possible ie if it hasn’t been booked either side of your trip. We drove to and stayed on Shell Island in the middle of Storm Amy and it never missed a beat. We stayed warm and cosy. Massive bed over the cab with windows all round stops it from feeling claustrophobic. Will definitely use again 😊

Handover was made very simple, Richard explained everything well enough that it made sense to me, even as someone who hasn't rented a motorhome before. We travelled along the coast of Wales and all really enjoyed the trip. Plenty of room in the motorhome, which was surprising given we were a group of 7 adults. Plenty of storage for bags. Only thing missing was somewhere better to put a bin bag, as we just tied the bag to a handle near the exit door, but this got in the way quite a lot. Perhaps we could've used one of the cupboards we put bags in instead.

Damien was great for start to finish. Lovely demeanour. Thorough on the induction. Very flexible with pick-up and return. The motorhome was kitted out well, clean, spacious and well equipped. Comfortable even for 6! We drove a fair few miles! As first timers, Damien was on hand for any queries. Excellent holiday and experience. We'll be back for the NC500!
