Used Craig's van for a couple of days for the school holidays, Craig made the process straight forward, first time using the website, but Craig gave us loads of helpful videos of how things in the van work and gave a good walk through when picking the van up.
Would definitely use Craig's van for and further trips, the van was clean and well prepared for our trip.

The handover was straight forward. Craig spent time going through various aspects of the van for us. He had also helpfully provided a number of videos in advance of our arrival.
Communications were good.
The van drove well and contained all that we needed for our 3 day trip.

From start to finish Craig was a brilliant host. All questions and queries I had were answered pretty much instantly. Craig himself is a very friendly host. Took his time to show me around the van. The instructional videos he sent out were very informative and clear. The van was exceptionally clean and well maintained. All the tools needed to get you on your way were supplied.
Overall a great experience and would and will be hiring again from Craig.

Craig was very helpful throughout, with a fab handover and showed us everything we needed to know. We took van to a festival so stayed put in one place. Lovely van to drive, and the bed really comfortable. It had everything we needed. All we took was our duvet.
Would recommend, and we will use again on our next adventure.

absolutely fantastic camper van, couldn’t fault it one bit!! also followed up by fantastic service from Craig and his wife, very flexible to fit around your needs!! would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent/book up in the near future!!

Great service from Craig. Videos sent over in advance helped us newbies see how things worked in the van. Van was perfect size and absolutely spotless both inside and out. When we picked it up Craig really took the time to show us everything. The van itself was well equipped with cutlery, pans, plates,cups and even tea and coffee. As total newbies this van was easy to drive and park. We would defo recommend and hire this van again.

Craig couldn’t have been more helpful, showing me how everything worked and answering my questions and also providing videos for things I forgot while we were away. The van was clean, comfortable and cosy for our weekend in the Lakes, and the heating worked well to keep us warm at night. Craig was also flexible on return time which I really appreciated. Will likely hire again for future adventures, highly recommended!
