We were in two minds as to how our first holiday in a van would be as we got ready for our trip to south Wales. We couldn’t have booked with a better guy. Lee was incredibly friendly and informative which made for a reassuring experience from the outset. He was most helpful in demonstrating everything including the electrics of the van and even happily allowed me to film him while he was explaining it in case I later forgot. He was quick to respond to the queries I had throughout the process and was keen to assist with any problems we may encounter… not that we had any. The booking process with Goboony was smooth. Clear guidance was given on collection of the van. The van was spotlessly clean throughout and everything was in brilliant condition. The van was a perfect size for the three of us, including our cockerpoo who loved sitting upfront. We will definitely be hiring from Lee again and very much look forward to that first cup of tea outside, there’s nothing quite like it! 😊
