Neil was very good at explaining all the intricacies down to the smallest details of his van which resulted in a positive experience. Neil was also upfront and honest about letting us know a month before hire, that there was an issue with the gas system on the van which had developed a leak rendering the cooker unusable & the fridge inoperative whilst off grid. Unfortunately Neil was unable to get this issue rectified within the month before hire which was not a problem for us as Neil kindly provided an alternative in the form of a two ring camping stove which worked fine as an alternative to the inoperable cooker. The van is also great to drive being an automatic with plenty of power. The heating system is also very good whilst camping unhooked off grid, which was needed as there were times where the outside temperature in Skye had dropped down overnight in to the low single figures. All in all a very good experience that I would highly recommend as Neil is a gent who provides all the necessary information for a most enjoyable experience. Many thanks Neil, hope you find an engineer soon to fix your LPG system 🙏
