Handover was great and Matty was super helpful. We did over 700 miles as part of our visit. The motorhome was well maintained and spacious. We had a bit of an issue with the RV and Matty was amazing and super helpful all the time - its not how someone helps you when everything is going smoothly, its how they behave when you have an issue. I would definitely use the van and Matty again
