Non era pulitissimo quando lo abbiamo preso in consegna, ma era completo e, a parte qualche classico problema con le tende e la zanzariera, niente da segnalare. Really pleased that you enjoyed the experience, though a but disappointed to only receive a 4 star review (all our previous reviews had been 5 star). I could have understood a 4 star review if it was due to the some of the issues you experienced in operating the van (none of which were in our control). The thing that most disappoints me is that you did not consider the van to be clean on handover, I am really sorry that you believe this to be the case. It was thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to handover. I am more than a little confused as to what was not clean, nothing was mentioned on handover. Was there anything in particular that was not clean?
