Handover was fantastic, she explained everything and we could work the van well. We had a hiccup on day 2 and broke a key but Fiona was very responsive and we were on the road again. We traveled where we wanted and the beds were comfy. The van was easy to drive and we had room when traveling. Drop off was planned and easy.
