Absolutely fantastic experience. The van was just what we needed, clean very comfortable and well equipped. Lots of thoughtful extras, basic cleaning supplies, gas and a leisure battery for some off grid nights dancing under the stars. Pick up and drop off extremely easy. 10/10

Our motorhome journey was exceptional. We highly endorse Rachel and Mischell, their communication with clients is outstanding. It was truly enjoyable.

We had problems with heating in the first night despite being hooked up to site point. Following 2 hrs of going through manual ( some pages had been damaged with part pages missing), we eventually got the problem sorted. We messaged Rachel and finally got a response 4 hrs later. The problems with the power continued, so we cut the holiday short after 3 days( should have been a 5 night break). When we spoke about the problems, Rachel's response was, "I would have left the engine running all night." We don't think that leaving a diesel engine running all night is really acceptable and after reading the Goboony advice to owners it seems that Rachel needs to make sure in future that the vehicle is properly checked and that the introduction should be more than 10 min. It has at least made us realise that we will not be wasting money on hiring any vehicles in the future.

From beginning to the end off our amazing 2 week trip in Millie, has been brilliant! Quick handover, very clear & efficient from Michelle, to living in the comfortable warm well kitted out M/H, we’ve loved it! So can’t wait for our next adventure! Thanks ladies 👍xx

What an experience ….. !!!!! From booking, to the communication with Rachel before handover, the experience was very good. Handover was through but very reassuring and relaxing as first timer when it comes to motor home road trips. We adventured all over Northumberland and Millie handled it brilliantly, what an incredible motor home she is! The facilities that Millie offers made the whole experience very easy and we look forward to booking Millie again in the future for our next Road Trip. Thanks to Rachel for the opportunity to have a wonderful experience :) Carl & Lou x

Motor home is in excellent condition, well equipped. Rachel let us preview the van before deciding to hire the vehicle. All instructions for the use of the facilities on the vehicle were clearly demonstrated to us before travelling. Will definitely hire from Rachel again on our next adventure. Welcome pack with essentials was a nice touch .
