‏One of the first things I promised myself I would do when we get back home is to sit down and summarize how was our RV trip experience. ‏So, we rented from a family business (Hbs-camper) through Goboony (website) The site is accessible and excellent, the availability of the company's customer service via email was fast and available. ‏About the family business? w-o-w! ‏Amazing experience! Their availability to answer many questions we had before the flight, the convenient pickup from the train and the quality of the RV that we received was amazing! Jacqueline and Chriss were exceptionally courteous, from the moment we boarded the trailer to the moment we returned it ‏We had an amazing trip in Germany and Austria and a lot of it thanks to the comfortable RV that we got from them! It was worth every moment to drive to them and not look for the closest and available RV to us. We definitely recommend them and we would definitely like to go back for another trip, this time in the Black Forest and Switzerland. We already know from how we will rent the RV😎 Settembre 2024

This was a difficult experience from the beginning. The host required an additional deposit of €1,500 that was required to be paid outside of the Goboony platform. It was only hours before we were scheduled to pick up the camper that I was notified that the host would not accept the deposit already paid through Goboony and the host would not release the camper without this additional money. This put our holiday in jeopardy and put us in a very awkward situation. She was not aware of the additional insurance option offered through Goboony and was not interested in understanding this aspect of the rental arrangements through Goboony. The camper was a nice camper and was well maintained. The host was difficult to communicate with. Not because of language but because of her lack of flexibility and a willingness to understand arrangements already made through Goboony. I had also read that other guests found her to be unreasonable in terms of inspecting the unit on return. Their place of business is isolated and not public at all. It is a warehouse that is off the road on private property with no public access or visibility. It is not a very comfortable location for visitors to conduct business. Due to the challenges we faced with this host I was not comfortable returning the camper to their isolated warehouse location. Considering the challenges I had already faced with her in terms of policy differences, communication and an isolated pickup/return location I chose to return the camper to a secure and public location near their private place of business. If you choose to rent with this host I would simply advise caution as it appears that she is running her own camper rental business with separate rules and policies outside of Goboony.
