Regole della casa
The camper must be returned in good hygienic conditions, with the kitchen area and utensils clean and ready for use. If present, the bathroom must also be returned clean. If gray and black water tanks are present, they must be returned emptied and cleaned. Water tanks and containers are delivered full and must be returned full. The same applies to the gasoline tank. Waste disposal is the responsibility of the customer. The exterior of the van must be returned clean. Failure to comply with any of these listed conditions will result in a penalty ranging from €50 to €200, which will be deducted directly from the damage deposit.
Please report any anomalies or damage present in the vehicle within 12 hours of delivery, otherwise, the customer will be held responsible for such damage.
The van is delivered with full coolant or engine oil; it is the customer's responsibility to constantly check the fluid levels (engine oil and coolant) every 150km. If the level is low, it is the customer's responsibility to top up the fluids. The cost of the operation will be reimbursed upon presentation of the relevant invoice or receipt for materials purchased.
It is the customer's responsibility to report any warning lights or anomalies present in the van; failure to report them will result in any damage caused to the vehicle being the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the amount will be reimbursed to the owner by the customer upon presentation of the relevant repair invoice.
Any damage caused by the customer to the van's interior, bodywork, windows and windscreens, equipment, or engine will be compensated by the customer. Damages caused by wear and tear of the vehicle are excluded if the customer has adhered to the maintenance and care required by the vehicle's user manual.
