Pets

Pick-Up & Return
Allow up to 1 hour for handover/induction.
Please arrange for two people to collect, as there’s no on-site parking for your car.
Return on time – late returns charged at £25 per 30 minutes.
Security & Safety
Always lock doors/windows and activate security when unattended.
Keep keys safe – if lost/stolen, hirer is liable for vehicle value.
Be aware of height (low bridges, trees, car parks). Overhead damage isn’t insured.
No off-road driving, racing, or water crossings.
Fines & Offences
All tickets, fines, and charges are your responsibility.

Damage & Equipment
Report all damage/issues immediately.
Return all items provided – replace or notify us of small lost/damaged items.
