From the moment we arrived for checkin until the delivery back to Romsey, Carl and Dolly were amazing. Their communication was top notch, friendly, helpful and the camper was exactly as described. She was perfect for our family of 5 to tour around the UK and Ireland. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

Carl was a great host! The handover went smoothly and helped me understand the many different aspects of driving Dolly the motorhome. We had an amazing trip to Scotland; the fact that we were in such an incredible motorhome enhanced our experience.

They were available and helpful when we needed assistance during the trip. They both were friendly. Kitchen was well equipped. It was well thought out to include BBQ and folding chairs, tables in the motorhome!

Mi piacerebbe dare cinque stelle perché i proprietari sono stati così adorabili. Abbiamo affittato il dolly per il weekend di festa nazionale ed era esattamente quello che cercavamo, molto spazio, pulito e con i comfort di cui hai bisogno, persino le lenzuola incluse, cosa che molti noleggi di camper non hanno. Tuttavia, c'erano diverse cose rotte. So che è dovuto alle assunzioni consecutive, ma sfortunatamente ha davvero influenzato la nostra esperienza. La maniglia della porta del bagno si è rotta (ci avevano detto che era un po' rotta dall'assunzione precedente, ma era molto rotta) e il bambino di cinque anni con noi è rimasto incastrato lì dentro per un bel po' di tempo, con mamma e papà nel panico. Anche la finestra del bagno era rotta, quindi non siamo riusciti a passare da quel lato. Una delle tapparelle era rotta, quindi non abbiamo potuto chiudere completamente la luce e anche due delle quattro sedie da campeggio erano rotte, quindi non potevamo sederci fuori, non abbiamo usato la tenda da sole o altro. Per il resto, si trattava di problemi minori che non ci hanno dato alcun fastidio; inoltre, eravamo stati avvisati in anticipo delle rotture quando siamo arrivati per il ritiro. I proprietari sono stati molto comunicativi e flessibili all'inizio e dopo, il che è stato fantastico, ma si noleggia e si paga un prezzo basato sul camper come pubblicizzato e sfortunatamente Dolly non era nelle condizioni pubblicizzate. La riaffitteremmo, a patto che fossimo sicuri che tutto fosse stato sistemato.

Hi there we r very sorry for the issue but unfortunately when dolly's returned with damage we try to get them resolved ASAP but when she gets back at 10 am and the go's back out at 1 pm and we r not told about damage b for hand make it very difficult to get them sorted the bath room window has arrived and will b fitted this week . With moterhome parts can take up to 12 weeks to arrive . we now have a few days b 4 dolly go's back out so she is booked in to get all the issue sorted this week thank u and we look forward to c u again 💗

We enjoyed 2 weeks in Dolly doing the coastlines of the UK, we being 4 adults, 2 dogs and a 4 month old and we really did have the best time! Pros: Spacious Modern Drives well Good in all terrains Comfy as passengers Communication from Pretty and Carl was great and responsive. Warm inside so a big pro for the cooler months if travelling. Everything you need is inside for essentials such as utensils, cutlery, cleaning etc Lots of storage Shower is seperate to toilet and sink area which makes an enjoyable wash rather than others we have stayed in where showers pulls from sink or is all in one. We didn’t use the awning as we were on the go a lot but it was a great addition for if setting up for a few days as well as the camping chairs etc provided. Cons: Could do with an ‘idiots guide’ to the general use of things rather than referring to the main manual. We had an issue with no hot water for a few days but it was a simple fix and could have been a quick fix if we’d have had the guide. The heater for the vehicle is under the double table bed and it get VERY warm when sleeping so you’ll need a fan, we had the temperature set at the lowest too. Beds so uncomfortable to sleep on for a long trip so would reccomend mattress toppers to take with you. Few things needed addressing for our trip; grill, break sensor, door, limited chemicals, broken windows but due to back to back bookings time wasn’t made to ensure these were resolved. Bottom draw didn’t shut in kitchen so we had to wedge this closed with our cases. Lots of sites at camps and wild we visited required a lot of leveling so bigger ramps would have been better so that we could be flat. We would definitely use Dolly again for our travels.

Hi thanks for your comments we will address them issues as soon as we can the new window has arrived but we could not get it fitted due to it Bing double booked we did put mattresses topers on the bunk beds last summer regarding the level ramps most hiers keep to regular sits and I think if thay were any higher may b a problem for hiers not uesd to using them but we will get these miner bit sorted as soon as dolly comes free and again thanks for your feed back 😀

The whole process was great and everything was explained in detail by the owners. They were always quick to respond to any queries I had. The motorhome was excellent with a few minor issues which were all in the process of being fixed. Nevertheless it was very comfortable for our large family of 7 and was a joy to drive.

Dolly was the greatest addition to our holiday! We travelled in her from the UK through France and into Spain and back again and she made it with ease. Would highly recommend!
