Pick up & drop off times:

-Standard pick up time: 1pm (on the first day of your booking). Optional early collection upon request if prior arranged
-Standard drop off time: 11:30 am (on the last day of your booking). Optional late drop off is available if prior arranged.

Fuel:
-The vehicle is to be returend with a full tank of fuel, if this is not done the valiue of the fuel may be deducted from your deposit.

Cleanliness:
- We politley ask that the vehicle is returned in a similar condition as to when the booking commenced. If the vehicle is overly 'dirty' a cleaning fee may be dudcted from your deposit

Deposit:

-Our standard deposit is £750. Occasionally it needs to be slightly higher if you do not meet the standard hirer criteria.

Driver Hire Criteria & Eligibility :

-Age: 21 yrs-79 yrs
-Driving licence type - Full UK or EU licenses (other licenses will likely be accepted but we will need to refer them to the insurers first. This may result in a higher excess)
-Length Held: Minimum 2 years

Driving offences:

-Any points or offences must be disclosed to us with a maximum of 6 points. Upon request you must provide a check code for us to validate your license.
-Any ban or disqualification in the last 5 years, you will not be eligible.
-Claims: No more than 1 claim in the past 5 years
-All named drivers must be present to collect the campervan so they can sign the hirer agreement.
