the Camper was clean, and well-equiped. Thanks to Oliver and John for their kindness and for having transformed this little truck into a cosy motor Home. Very easy to drive, even considering the important size. From the very first day of our rental, several key features advertised for the campervan did not work properly, and unfortunately these problems lasted throughout the entire trip. Bluetooth and Navigation – Both were advertised as included, but neither worked at any point during our journey. Shower and Hot Water – The shower was clogged from the start, and there was no consistent hot water. The very little hot water that came out lasted less than a minute, making it impossible to take a proper shower. The shower drain was also dirty, containing hair from the previous user, which was unhygienic. In addition, water leaked from the shower into the van. We were forced to heat water in a pot and wash ourselves in very uncomfortable conditions. Refrigerator – The fridge had a strong bad smell due to poor cleaning before our rental, and it barely cooled at all. As a result, we couldn’t store food safely and were unable to use it. Charging Devices – We were unable to properly charge our phones and other devices. Every time we connected them to the van’s sockets, the battery would quickly drop, an alarm would sound, and we had to unplug them. This meant we were never able to charge our devices during the trip. When we picked up the van, the owner (Oliver) was not present and instead sent John to hand over the vehicle. John was polite and helpful, and he tried to fix the hot water issue, but unfortunately the problems were never resolved. The official check-in process, as required by your procedures, was not properly completed by the owner. These issues directly affected several basic needs—washing, storing food, navigation, and charging devices—which were clearly advertised as part of the rental. I have photographs and WhatsApp conversations with John that document the problems, as well as proof that I was instructed to contact him for any issues. Given the significant impact on the comfort and quality of our trip, I believe a partial refund is fair and reasonable. While I appreciated John’s efforts, the fact remains that several advertised features were not delivered, and our experience was far from what we paid for. We used this campervan to do the north coast 500, did its purpose. We stayed at a couple of sites which it was easy to hook up also runs off grid where we did do two nights wild camping. Cheap per day but has everything you need with it. Could probably do with some more space to store things. Had one little problem on holiday but John helped and was available when we messaged and guided us through. Thanks again. Luglio 2025

Une très bonne expérience avec le van d’Oliver. La van est très bien conçu et équipé et facile à conduire sur les routes d’écosse. Oliver et son collègue John ont rendu cette expérience super facile et étaient toujours disponibles si nous avions des questions. Nous avons fait le tour de l’écosse pendant 15 jours et je recommande vraiment ce propriétaire et son véhicule Agosto 2024

Abbiamo programmato un punto di ritiro e riconsegna a Edimburgo 2 settimane prima del nostro arrivo. Un giorno prima del nostro volo, Oliver ha cambiato il luogo del ritiro in Errol ("Era un messaggio automatico che ha concordato la tua richiesta.") Quando siamo saliti sul furgone i piatti erano sporchi e non c'erano lenzuola, né supporto per il telefono e non abbiamo trovato un adattatore per caricare l'accendino. Abbiamo chiesto se ci avrebbe ripagato l'acquisto di queste cose per il furgone e lui ha detto di sì. L'acqua calda nella doccia non funzionava. Abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia per 2 settimane e mezzo con il bollitore. La bombola del gas è quasi finita il nostro terzo giorno. Ancora una volta ha detto che ci avrebbe ripagato, quindi abbiamo trovato un posto dove farlo (dovevo cercare un posto del genere però...). Quando abbiamo parlato per programmare la riconsegna, ci ha chiesto di nuovo di andare da lui e non ha fatto alcuno sforzo per restituire almeno il furgone nella nostra posizione originale. Infine quando abbiamo chiesto i soldi per le cose che avevamo comprato per il furgone (e lasciate nel furgone) ci ha pagato solo la metà della somma (dopo 3 settimane che lo inseguivamo) in pratica dicendo che ci aveva fatto un favore restituendoci i soldi. . Il furgone è ok e io e mia moglie abbiamo reso il nostro viaggio fantastico semplicemente stando insieme, ma non consiglierei di noleggiarlo. Giugno 2024

We took the motorhome last October, when first picking it up it was getting fixed up in garage, had empty fuel tank and was filthy inside with litter in the cupboards. It was icy days, heating in van didn’t work. Under the bed was full of thick black mould. Kept the van for the week as we’d travelled halfway across the country to complete a roadtrip in the van, only got refunded a fraction of what we paid (high price for the poor quality and hygiene of the van).
