Handover awful with Margaret not able to listen and communicate with the problems concerned. Not customer focused and states “not arguing go to the claims section” . Issues:- Motorhome exterior not in good repair, bumper taped and windows cracked. No heating working No microwave working for prepped meals No water for shower, wc or sink Awning has a damaged support leg No levelling blocks to provide level access. No manual to refer to as contacting them is a problem and issues are not resolved over the phone. Pick up was a rush by staff who are rushed to answer questions to best of their knowledge and rushed to get back to their main jobs of teaching. Katie and Gareth were helpful, but Margaret not interested. Totally disappointed as I never got a Motorhome that catered for my needs and my disabled wife. Settembre 2025
